The 30-Day Performance Guarantee is only available to customers who purchased from an authorized dealer. The amount of the refund will be either the price of the product (not including tax or shipping) listed on the receipt or the MSRP of the product, whichever is lowest. Refunds are only available by check and must be mailed to the person listed on the receipt. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee is limited to one per household per model. Product must be returned in good condition. All returns are verfied, and any fraudulent returns will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law including, where applicable, mail fraud (a federal offiense punishable by fine or imprisonment for not more than five years, or both).
