RIP-IT Sporting Goods Warranty and 30 Day Policy

All RIP-IT Sporting Goods' bats have a one-year, one-time replacement limited bat warranty which covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, rattling. This warranty does not cover : bats that have been abused, altered in any way or mistreated; bats that have been used in a commercial batting cage, bats purchased from non-authorized RIP-IT Sporting Goods dealers or individuals; bats purchased at auction, or on auction web sites without the express written consent of RIP-IT Sporting Goods; used bats purchased from re-sellers; grip replacement.

When a bat is sent in for warranty purposes it will be repaired or replaced at RIP-IT Sporting Goods sole discretion. If a previous bat model is no longer available it will be replaced with a similar bat at RIP-IT Sporting Goods discretion.

The 30 Day Performance Guarantee is only valid when a bat is purchased from an authorized retailer. Customers are only allowed one 30 day guarantee return per model. Refunds are limited to the MSRP set by RIP-IT or the actual sales price (whichever is lower). All 30 day guarantees are verified with the authorized retailer. Customers found to abuse this system will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law including, but not limited to mail fraud, a federal offense.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. IF YOU DO IT WILL DELAY REPLACEMENT.
